Channels & Social Media

Authority Systems don't just generate website content — they also create platform-specific social media posts. Through channel configuration, you control which platforms are served and what format requirements apply.

Supported Channels

LinkedIn

Professional tone, up to 3,000 characters. Ideal for B2B expertise, thought leadership, and industry analysis.

Instagram

Visually oriented, caption up to 2,200 characters. Focus on short, inspiring messages with hashtags.

X (Twitter)

Compact, maximum 280 characters. Pointed statements, threads, and discussion prompts.

Facebook

Community-oriented, up to 63,206 characters. Mix of information and engagement.

TikTok

Script format for short videos. Casual tone, hook-first structure, and trend formats.

Pinterest

Pin descriptions, SEO-optimized. Focus on inspiration and tutorials.

Reddit

Community-appropriate, informative, no marketing language. Posts for relevant subreddits.

Channel Configuration

Under <strong>Settings → Social Media Channels</strong>, activate the desired platforms. For each active channel, you can define format specifications:

  • Toneprofessional, casual, inspiring, provocative
  • Hashtag RulesNumber, industry, campaign tags
  • Character Limitsautomatically enforced per platform
  • Call-to-ActionLink, question, prompt
Social media posts are derived from Authority content — not created separately. This keeps all channels content-consistent and SEO-aligned.

Workflow: Content → Social Post

After an Authority System generates content, a "Social Posts" section appears for each piece of content. Posts for all active channels are automatically suggested. You can edit, approve, or export them directly.
