Sentiment

Sentiment analysis shows how positively or negatively AI systems speak about your company. Positive sentiment means AI models actively recommend your company — not just mention it.

Positive / Neutral / Negative

Sentiment is displayed as a percentage of positive, neutral, and negative mentions. A positive rate above 60% indicates a strong brand image in AI perception.

How is sentiment measured?

ZENO Visibility analyzes the tone and word choice in AI responses mentioning your company. Recommendatory phrases like 'highly recommended' or 'leading provider' are rated as positive. Neutral mentions and critical hints are captured separately.

Negative sentiment may indicate online reputation issues.
