Authority Systems

Authority Systems generate strategically optimized content that improves your visibility in AI responses — exportable as blog posts, social media content, or structured data.

What are Authority Systems?

Authority Systems produce topically deep content (guides, comparisons, case studies, FAQ clusters) that signal to AI models that your company is a trusted authority. The entire workflow — from keyword analysis through semantic core to content generation — is fully automated.

Content Types

Per project, ZENO Visibility generates hub pages, guide articles, comparisons, case studies, and FAQ collections — each with SEO-optimized titles, excerpts, and structured metadata. Generated content can be published directly as blog posts or repurposed as social media posts.

Export Formats

ZENO Visibility supports 5 export formats so you can integrate generated content into any CMS or system — completely independent of WordPress:

Markdown

Universally importable into Hugo, Gatsby, Astro, Contentful, Strapi, Ghost, Notion, Obsidian, and any CMS with MD import.

HTML

Standalone, fully styled, ready to use in Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, Typo3, Drupal, or any system that accepts HTML blocks.

JSON

Machine-readable for headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok) or custom pipelines.

JSON-LD

Schema.org structured, ready for SEO optimization. BlogPosting, FAQPage, Article, and CollectionPage types are automatically detected.

Bricks

Specifically for Bricks Builder/WordPress — directly importable as a template.

The architecture is CMS-agnostic: Authority generates → export in desired format → import into target CMS (manually or via API).

Publishing & CMS Integration

ZENO Visibility can not only export generated content but also publish it directly to your CMS. Under Settings → Publishing, configure your target CMS once and enter the API credentials — after that, any generated content can be published with a single click.

Setup: Settings → Publishing

First, select your CMS type. ZENO Visibility then shows the appropriate input fields for your system's API credentials. After saving, you can test the connection directly. The 'Publish to CMS' button only appears in the Content Generator once the publishing domain is configured.

Supported CMS Systems

WordPress

WP REST API v2 — Posts as draft or published directly.

Strapi

REST API with bearer token — Collection Types & Single Types.

Contentful

Content Management API — Entries into any Content Types.

Sanity

Mutations API — push documents directly to the dataset.

Ghost

Admin API with JWT — Posts including Mobiledoc format.

Drupal

JSON:API — Create nodes as article/page types.

Webflow

CMS API v2 — Collection Items into any Collections.

Internal CMS and HTML/MD Export require no external credentials. These options are available to all users immediately.

Social Media Integration

For each generated content, platform-specific social media posts can be created. Supported channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. Each channel gets tailored tonality, hashtag rules, and character limits.

Publishing Hub

The Publishing Hub is the central hub for all export and publishing actions. See at a glance which content is ready and which still needs text. Choose the target format and export in bulk.

Workflow: Keyword → Publication

The complete ZENO Visibility workflow consists of 5 phases: 1. Keyword Analysis → Scope Definition 2. Semantic Core → Topic Clusters & Pillar Structure 3. Content Generation → 6 Content Types (Blog, FAQ, Comparison, Case Study, Hub, Social) 4. Publishing Hub → Select content, choose target format, export in bulk 5. Publication → Via CMS push or manual export

Visibility Mode

Each piece of content receives a visibility mode that is automatically included as a meta tag during export: • public — Content is visible to search engines AND AI models (default for Blog, FAQ, Hub) • llm_only — Content is specifically optimized for AI models and not indexed in traditional search results (default for Comparisons, Case Studies) The mode can be adjusted per content item in the Publishing Hub.

Publishing Phases

Each piece of content goes through three status stages: • Created (blue) — Content has been generated but not yet exported • Exported (yellow) — Content has been downloaded or sent via CMS push • Live (green) — Content is published and online

Keyword → Semantic Core → Content → Publishing Hub → Publication — the entire workflow is seamlessly orchestrated.
