Visibility

The visibility score is your most important metric. It measures on a scale from 0 to 100 how prominently your company appears in AI system responses — aggregated across all monitored platforms and queries.

Score: 0–100

0–100

0 = no mentions in AI responses, 100 = maximum presence in all analyzed responses. A score above 60 is considered good visibility, above 80 is excellent.

How is the score calculated?

ZENO Visibility sends your defined queries to all monitored AI models and automatically analyzes the responses. It checks: Is your company mentioned by name? At what position? In what context and with what tonality? From these factors, ZENO Visibility calculates a weighted score.

Influencing factors

The visibility score considers five factors: (1) Frequency of mention across all queries, (2) Positioning within the response, (3) Context of mention (recommendation vs. mere reference), (4) Consistency across different AI models, and (5) Development over time.

A score above 60 is good. Below 30 indicates optimization potential.
